Elements

Larkspur & Hawk has created a colorful capsule collection inspired by the four astrological elements: Fire, Earth, Air, and Water. These designs build on the idea of charms—introduced by the brand last season—and their personal, talismanic qualities. What makes the elements so meaningful? Ancient civilizations and classical philosophers purported that the material world could be explained by a handful of basic elements, which were the beginning and end of everything. Today, all 12 astrological signs connect to one of the four elements, which in turn affects an individual’s zodiac story. To encapsulate each zodiac group, Emily hand-selected stones, colors and shapes for the perfect mix.

These element palettes come to life in both fresh and returning silhouettes, including earrings, pendants and charm necklace clusters. For the truly zodiac-inclined, Emily curated bundles of charms to underscore the singular spirit of each element. There are few concepts more personal than astrology and jewelry, and for Larkspur & Hawk, it’s a complementary match that was...yes, written in the stars.

FIRE

The Fire signs, Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius, reflect bravery, warmth, and passion. To express this bold and magnetic spirit, Emily combined red, yellow, and orange sapphires. The element is also represented in a specially designed pave-laden flame-shaped charm. 

EARTH

For the Earth signs, Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn, Emily created a palette of rust, sandy yellow, and soft blue in sapphires and tourmalines, exemplifying their stable, loyal, and grounded nature. The element is also represented in a specially designed pavé-laden mineral crystal-shaped charm. 

AIR

The Air signs, Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, are quick, curious, and witty, captured in playful pink, blue, and lavender sapphires, reminiscent of a summer evening sky. The element is also represented in a specially designed pavé-laden kite-shaped charm. 

WATER

Water signs, Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces, are highlighted in a gradient of azure sapphire, and tanzanite to embody their signature traits: cohesion, intuition, and comfort. The element is also represented in a specially designed pavé-laden teardrop-shaped charm.
