Antique Tassel Earrings, ca 1830
Our Notes
These early Victorian tassel earrings feature flowerhead stud tops pavé-set with vivid turquoise cabochons, suspending architectural umbrella caps ringed in matching turquoise. From beneath each dome, rigid vertical bars encrusted with rows of seed pearls cascade downward to form a structured, textile-inspired tassel silhouette.
Rendered in gold-washed silver with warm historic patina, the architectural caps and pearl-set bars show precise benchwork characteristic of the 1830s. Equipped with modern gold posts and friction backs for secure, comfortable wear, the pair offers a striking geometric profile combined with the classic early 19th-century palette of robin's egg blue and iridescent pearl.

Care
As our jewelry is worn, patinas will evolve, further personalizing them to each collector. Due to the nature of foiled jewelry, care should be taken in order to keep Larkspur & Hawk jewelry from becoming harmed. A few tips:
- Remove jewelry when applying lotions, soaps and perfume
- Remove jewelry before immersing hands in cleaning solvents or liquids
- Please note that oxidation may eventually wear off of rings, then return naturally
